Pls what about applying for a job without QTS. I am a BSc holder in Business Education. I teach business Studies. And my subject is not in list. So long will I wait bf my subject will be included. I tot they said in some schools even if you don't have qts u can b employed with TRCN with 4 yrs visa. bf u complete it u can apply for qts.
D process of qts is so long(6months). Dts a long time

Thank you for the presentation. I realized that throughout the application process, no provision is made for uploading of statement of professional standing. So my challenge is how can TRA have access to my letter of good standing?
The teacher's agency in your home country will send it to them directly.
For countries who have to provide letter of professional standing, the tra in the application have provided websites and contact details for it.
Countries like ghana India and Singapore don't need letter of professional standing

Greetings Mr. Mordecai! It is two months and on since I confirmed my application for QTS. I have been on my referees to know if they have received emails from TRA. All they keep telling me is they haven't received any. Meanwhile TRA have indicated that they will respond to me within 80 working days. The way forward please!

You must have known people who got their qts certificate. Could you please tell how much time it took for them to get it?
The time varies, from what I have seen, it between 3 months to a year

What will your advise be for someone that taught in schools without an online presence or an official email?
I mean the UK will be expecting our referees to have official email address to reply them with as a proof that the school you taught in really exist. Do you have any suggestion on this?

In Ghana we had junior secondary school and senior secondary school. They were just changed high schools. You can apply

To confirm the information you provided in your application. You must make sure your referees confirm that all the information you provided are true else your application will be declined
So no one can get a teaching job without QTS. But some subjects are not mentioned
No one said you can't get a teaching job without qts. You can apply for teaching jobs in the uk without qts

Yes you can apply for teaching jobs in the UK without qts. When you get to the UK, you can apply for qts later
