Dear JB, My sister and I just completed our Sunday evening drive with you as you toured Grande! We enjoyed that it was a long walkabout which allowed us to feel like we were rignt there walking witb you. Hi JB this walk through was quite informative. The walk through definitely is more realistic so thank you for your time spent in bringing this video. I remember some of the main areas. The roundabout area. Not a place I frequented even when I lived in Trini because I didn't like the stretch to get there. Too scary. Originally from Arima. But Grande ppl loves Grande 😂. I do appreciate how original it still is though, although some may think it's backwards but it reminds me of how Trinidad was back in the day so it's nice to see the original format maintained. I know we all like modern buildings but the old ones are our history.
Bernie, thanks for your thoughts. For me, a place does not need modern buildings but it does need properly maintained infrastructure. In many cases we are talking about safety not even aesthetics.
