ഞാൻ എന്റെ പൾസർ 220 ഇൽ night 1:30 ക്കു ഹൈദരാബാദ് വിട്ടു കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ നിന്നും എന്നിട്ട് same ദിവസം രാത്രി 7 മണിക്ക് ഹൈദരാബാദ് അബിഡ്‌സ് ടൌൺ എത്തി. More than 1200 km. 20hrs ride continuous. Only stopped for breakfast and omlette at 4pm. The main thing is that the ride was comfortable but we will get bored because of steady ride at 100kmph for hours.
My friend owns a UM Renegade Sport S. Felt like a much better bike than Commando. Meter console placement, handling, tyres (tubeless) was better. And, like you said, clutch, gearbox, paint, etc is of poor quality! It's radiator stopped working at some point, but, they replaced it without charging anything from him. Service at EKM is really good.

I have been using this model since 2 years in Bangalore. Machine vangichathu muthal complaints aanu Broz. Battery replaced twice, Spark plug replaced thrice and Towed twice within 5k KM. After high level escalations, they rectified and replaced a power unit. Now, it's crossed 17k KM with minor issues like Coolant leakage and breaking issues. Disappointing factors are service and spare quality. But, riding comfort oru rakshayilla and athyavashyam nalla mileage. I had a word with a customer from Kochi, even he got delivered a faulty machine. So, as a feedback, I won't suggest an UM model until they fix the issues on Indian roads.
