Ben groot bewonderaar van Piet Oudolf. Zijn in dit filmpje geuitte mening over exoten vind ik echter een karikatuur, omdat het volkomen voorbij gaat aan de biodiversiteitscrisis en de rol die tuinen hierin kunnen spelen. De mens heeft een verantwoordelijkheid naar haar omgeving, en inheemse beplanting heeft door de tijd heen relaties opgebouwd met soorten binnen een ecosysteem, waardoor alles prachtig samenwerkt. De mens kan dat eren door al even mooie tuinen te ontwerpen als Piet Oudolf, maar dan met soorten in samenhang met de natuur in de buurt.
