    Looks damn good and sounds amazing. Seriously you are one of the most humble helpful RUclipsrs out there. I have a gen5 zl1 ( with the face lift like Optimus prime).
    I am doing 850hp
    Custom camshaft
    Dual valve spring kit
    Chromalloy pushrods
    Stainless steel long tube headers with hi flow catalytic converters
    Overdrive harmonic balancer w pulley
    2.55 inch diameter, 8 rib pulley & serpentine belt
    LSA solid isolator coupling
    Airaid cold air intake system
    Custom dual fuel pump
    Injector Dynamics fuel injectors
    Ported & polished throttle body
    160 degree thermostat
    NGK V-Power spark plugs
    E-85 flex fuel was the real game changer that alone added 70hp
    All in 9k
    I kept my factory exhaust for what I have read they are good exhaust they can handle the hp.
    Not trying to measure PPS but sounds As good as yours with factory mufflers.
    I appreciate your channel you have been more than helpful to me.

    A dealership, with that package you have on your Camaro, would probably charge around $20k to $25k more on the factory sticker price. They would definitely over charge. It is definitely more economical to add this package aftermarket. The only thing you would have to worry about is the warranty, which is why the dealership would charge so much more at purchase.

    I’ve been watching you for a while! You’ve definitely inspired me to sell my hellcat for my zo6. That sound is intoxicating and I’m im about to do a heads/cam package with E50 next month. It’s a honor to be in your video! Thanks man and I look forward to seeing and learning more about this beast#chevy

      wow, that’s incredible man! congratulations on the Z06, it’s already very fast when it’s stock, with that setup, you will easily hits 9’s quarter mile. when i was racing at LS Fest this year, buddy was in a C7 Z06 with a Cam on a tire and he was constantly running 10.2 quarter mile! thank you of course for always supporting me!

    Crazy that you did this video. About two weeks ago I went to J and Rs and they treated me well. Gave me a quote on the exact same package and I’m close to pulling the trigger on getting it. I’m excited for it

    Cool video bro!! as far as the estimate on how much the dealer would charge for this type of package from factory, it depends on how many units they build that trim level. My estimate will be with somebody or else already said in the comments of ~$20k extra.

    My '17 ZL1 had a defective 1.7l from the factory and sent me to a speed shop after it was "modified" with bolt ons the dealer screwed me, AFTER telling me boltons wouldn't void the warranty wouldn't replace it. So I went back to the speed shop that only works on late model GM V-8's and they do allot of racing and hi power upgrades. Mine is relatively tame compared with many others they do. I went with a cat delete exhaust, big headers, LT4 performance tune, topped off with a whipple 2.9l supercharger, and the CAI, when dialed in I was at 640hp to the wheels. With an 18% drive line loss + or -2% I'm between 760 and 770 at the crank. Including the new supercharger the bill came in a hair under $14k. The difference is incredible.

    750hp crank or whp?
    Either way, great project bro 👌🏽
    I've been slacking due to being out of state, but high whp numbers soon for my C7 and the V6 build.

    • @CamaroZLS
      @CamaroZLS  7 месяцев назад +1

      let’s gooo! ya bro it’s 750HP crank. i’m at 640RWHp now, i really wanted to run E85 and get it to 700RWhP, but the 2650 will do the trick and some, should get me to about 720-730RWHP, if i run E85, i could get real close to 800RWHP.

    • @LTCAMARO
      @LTCAMARO 7 месяцев назад

      @CamaroZLS Man I want to run E85 too but not too many stations where I live (I'd literally need to stock up in bulk).
      The C7 is flex fuel capable but my Camaro isn't 🤣.
      On stock internals for the LT1s/LT4s, the safe spot is 650-700whp, more than that and run the risk of blowing up. If you decide to cam down the road, might as well swap in some beefier internals while you're at it.

      This is a common upgrade people do on the ZL1, full exhaust pkg if you will. Rotofab might give you 3-5 hp if you're lucky, but opening up the exhaust allows for a nice aggressive tune to gain 60-75 whp. I have 100% respect for the ZL1 guys, and wish I'd bought the ZL1 to start with instead of my SS. However I spent $21K and fully built my SS LT1 engine myself, (remote tuner was awesome too!) and I'm pushing well over 700whp (~825hp crank) running E50. My total investment is still under what it would have cost to buy the stock ZL1, and this guy as an example has an additional $5K+ into his car and still less HP. The ZL1 is definitely a more capable car on the track, but he's also right about his desire for more power. That tiny little 1.7L blower is no match for my 2650! He will want to upgrade for sure if he goes any higher on the HP, especially for the cooling capability. To each their own, I love every Camaro out there!!!
