My big brain theory is that "Nora" we see on these pictures is not Nora from the future but in some shape or form is Nora from season 5. I might be wrong and I am probably wrong but there is like 20% chance that I could be right. Also take a look at Joe, he does not seem to be happy to see Nora.... If it was Nora from the future he would probably be happy right? So yeah at the end of the day this is just my theory, let see what happens on the next episode of The Flash!
In case anyone is wondering why Nora is there and not Bart, it’s because when they filmed this episode Jordan Fisher was still on broadway
