This is Literally the American version of The Miranda Show that ended a long time ago in the Uk.
The Desperado getting the Hunk in the end, speaking to the camera from time to time, the judgemental mother, and so on: It's all the same, and is probably the reason why it works SO WELL. Very Funny 🤣

Granted, It's not as good as the Original, but Mayim has the same akwardness about her that makes her perfect for the role.
It's supposed to be a reworking of Miranda... Miranda Hart is a producer. But Miranda was sooo much funnier if you ask me. This show is all PC and gimmicky AKA formatted for American television. English/British shows are so much funnier than modern Amiercan TV, but even they are starting to go the formulaic woke route

I've been watching this show for a while now and I'm really trying to get in it and I'm it there are good scenes and actress really talented you know especially she came from The Big Bang Theory playing the character Amy it's really weird but interesting to see you play a different character especially that's the opposite.. it's just that it seems like she's trying really hard and even though there are some good laughs. I have never seen the audience laugh for like a minute or so with other shows so maybe the show well grow on me

Damn I was excited for Mayim and Leslie working together. But the jokes and acting direction are so old and stale. the forth wall breaking is so often it's uncomfortable, and the camera angles and film style would have convinced that this was an early 90s tv show and people just forgot because it was too cringe. Upsetting really, they had a great cast, and an interesting story idea but stuck in old stale 90s cheese.

This show is a rip off of a show from England called “Miranda” which is far more funnier than KAT. This show really sux. The actors really force themselves and KAT just can’t make the connection with the camera like Miranda does. My advice turn the channel.
