saw these guys live a bunch of times when i was living in tokyo, absolutely brutal performances. went to their two album release shows for Hatred and i swear my hearing is still screwed, louder than fuck. got a lot of their sets bootlegged on cassette.
Just when I thought I had my list of the best albums of 2017, this one pops up. I barely hear anything resembling powerviolence, though, sounds like straight up hardcore punk with some slow breaks, maybe some blackened influence, even.
