To be fair, Winterblessed Hwei has insanely bad visual clarity (that's why I use the skin). For instance, Hwei lights up everytime he opens a spellbook. He glows orange when he readies his Q spellbook, glows blue for his W spellbook, and glows purple for his E spellbook. At least that's how it works on base Hwei. For Winterblessed Hwei, he glows teal when he readies his Q spellbook, and glows baby blue when he readies his W spellbook, making it almost impossible to tell which spellbook he just readied up if the player is using Winterblessed skin. The W move speed current and the Q lava current also have this same problem, making it hard to initially tell which spell he just threw out. Skins blurring or outright masking the visual clarity of certain abilities is a real issue, not a skill issue, as evidenced by the fact that certain skins are outright banned in competitive play because they hide abilities so well. I know that iBlitzcrank is banned, Dragon Tamer Heimer is banned, and even Elemantalist Lux is banned all because they make certain abilities (or all of them) much harder to see on Summoner's Rift.

I usually put points straight into w as ori before q, and i saw that you put two into q (maybe 3) before leveling your w. Was this a mistake, or did you do it on purpose? Hwei's range is crazy so im thinking you did it to simply harass him away from farm as opposed to trying to damage with w. If so, then that's super smart, and it never occurred to me to do that.

I noticed your movement is so good clicking left to right and your aim is also really good, whenever I increase my sensitivity to make it easier to click left right I find it's harder to land skill shots and whenever I lower my sensitivity to make it easier to land skill shots it's harder for me to move well.
Really would love to see more hwei gameplay. I personally don’t love the burn build. I know you like builds that explode people so maybe there’s something to cook with ludens, storm surge, and horizon focus?
