@TheCarlozzzzzzzz - It's in a comic, not an actual episode, sadly. And it doesn't really show him all "better". In the comic The Stunti-Con Job, Cliffjumper is shown holding the Blurr cube. It kinda implies that they found him at least, but not much else.
This is a great scene for establishing how threatening Shockwave can be, and I do love it, but I’ve always had a major qualm with it. It’s terrifying and all that he just absolutely flattens Blurr with a steel door, but before he does that he attacks Blurr, even though he knows full well Blurr’s potential speed and that if he misses Blurr could get away. Now, it is also possible that he knows the doors will work as a backup, but what if Blurr doesn’t go that way? Just in general Shockwave attacking Blurr just kinda made him seem less intelligent than he should.
When this was announced, everyone was worried it was going to be boring, kid friendly garbage. And yet moments like this make it one of the most brutal Transformers series to date.

I ran then this is we know we can catch you but we can trap you and I was speeding fast as well but then he got away. He makes me look silly in front of you too. What’s with that guy? That guy is fast? that’s why me and Blurr would get along well with each other

DAMN! I know transformers had it fair share of brutal deaths but my Goodness the walls came closing in fast
pretty grisly death for a kids cartoon actually...getting slowly crushed would be terrifying
@TheCarlozzzzzzzz - It's in a comic, not an actual episode, sadly. And it doesn't really show him all "better". In the comic The Stunti-Con Job, Cliffjumper is shown holding the Blurr cube. It kinda implies that they found him at least, but not much else.
Blur noooooooo
His spark survived. It was confirmed in tie in comics. He was rebuilt
JEZUZ CHRIST! AND BLURR WAS MEH FAVORITE
how he never shuts up
@@cabooseisthevehicledestroy that's what's funny about him.
@@chickenboi6919 More like annoying
@@cabooseisthevehicledestroy to you.
@@itsjustvin7630 No to 90% of the Transformers fans
It feels so good after knowing that he wasn't completely dead and was revived...
But MAN was this TERRIFYING.
Is it in this universe or another universe
"For kids"
I remember his death being much longer and much much more gruesome and traumatic as a child, now as an adult it just feels like oh damn.
I love it when kids shows have darker scene/lore
I WAS CRYING SO HARD IN THIS SCENE-
I remember when the voice actor used to do the Micromachines commercials and probably spoke 2 minutes worth of advertising in 30 seconds. lol
Blurr is still alive everyone don’t worry.
How did you know?
@@ronaldpagar6513 so, there’s this BotCon story called Return of Blurr and since season 4 didn’t come out, it is now considered canon and it restored blurr to his body after being crushed
When I was younger I cried at this scene so hard
Rip Blurr, your death won't remember
I won't pretend I didn't find Blurr annoying as fuck, but he didn't deserve to go out like THAT...
It's okay, he's still online
You know for kids
rest in pieces my boy
Blurr aka the sonic of transformers
@nzwhiskey Answer to 1 and 2: He's out of breath. He just ran halfway across the galaxy, I think it's safe to say Shockwave caught him at his weakest. As in, slowest speed in talking and... Well, slowest speed in running.
Canonically he’s still alive, but I personally wish we saw him more. I liked this version of him
This was just to show how...extreme and bad the Decepticons were. :(
And I liked Blurr a lot, too...
why do you like the autobot who never shuts up
Caboose is the Vehicle Destroyer That's funny but blurr is still alive
Jarrad Pawlowski and blurred is my favorite too even if he doesn't shut up he's still cute
Holy crap this is dark. Especially for a kids show.
Blurr spent all his attributes on the speed stat, that he forgot to purchase the plot armour package.
And yet, some people think it's cute to ship the killer with his victim (even though Blurr never died, he just got minecraft'd like BW Waspinator)
This is the only scene I remember watching as a kid because it was so traumatizing lol just straight up crushed that guy
I STILL wonder what happened to Thundercracker or Skywarp
That's what happens when you don't sell enough toys...
And some say that Tfp was Brutal
The only mistake Blurr made was who he went to tell. He wouldn’t have known though.
there was actually a comic that revealed that he was still alive and Sari had brought him back to his full potential.
Yes, but that's lame and a copout so let's all just choose to ignore it.
@@SoundwaveSC lol nah, I'm choosing to enjoy it. He's cool and I'm glad he's alive.
@@SoundwaveSCits not a cop out he never grayed out
And nobody thought of looking for blurr. He was just forgotten.
He’s still alive. He was revived in the comics, and was going to be revived in season 4. Rest easy with that I suppose.
I got to admit, I love Blurr I understand every word he said both me and him are fast with so try to get me for my pass. I ran then this is we know we can catch you but we can trap you and I was speeding fast as well but then he got away. He makes me look silly in front of you too. What’s with that guy? That guy is fast? that’s why me and Blurr would get along well with each other
0:53 “I know I can’t catch you…”
Sonic the hedgeho- i mean Blurr thinks inside the box
I cant believe sonic the hedgehog is fucking dead
This autobot is like Sonic the Hedgehog
Maybe it's another form of charging up power. Just shown by what seems to humans as "running out of breath".
R.I.P Blurr.
What i’m more surprised at is the fact Blurr LITERALLY RAN FROM EARTH TO CYBERTRON, ON HIS OWN SPEED!!!!
Not only that, he did it in a relatively short time, meaning he's several times FTL
Dammit, Chugway.
I only recently learned both of these are voiced by the original G1 actors
Blurr's death was one of the most brutal deaths I have ever seen
remember everyone transformers is not only for kids, in the comics there is canabalism autobots turning evil and torturing others
waiter, waiter! IM GONNA BAWL MY EYES OUT
"Transformers is an kids show"
Transformers:
shockwave gave the last remaining of blurr to cliffjumper
Clearly Blurr did not suspect Longarm was Shockwave, why did he attack him??
Because Blurr said that the voice sample he had of Shockwave could be analysed to find out who the traitor was. Basically, if Blurr gets out of there, he's giving his intel to the higher-ups and then the jig is up for Shockwave.
Shockwave: what’s the matter blurr feeling a little squashed
