The 90's had some brilliant strikers such as Batistuta, Vieri, Weah, but R9 made everybody seem ordinary, he was like a superhero.

All these strikers played in UCL each season against one another, that was totally different football atmosphere. Modern day kids won't understand that. They see Haaland and mbappe in UCL on Tuesday and they think they have seen the football pinnacle...lol

Batistuta is by far my favourite striker of all time, probably the most complete. Left foot right foot, headers, free kicks shot power, acceleration over the first 10 15 metres was crazy. Grew up watching football Italia and although everyone's favourite was r9 I would have batigol over him anyday.
Just a better version of RVN and RVN was world class as well, that just shows how good Batistuta was ... unbelievable

R9, MVB, Romario would be my top 3 in no particular order. Then Suarez at 4 and anyone out of Benz, Lewa, Henry, Batigol at 5..
R9 and Suarez for me are top 2 and where you have them would probably be decided by your era
In the PL it's Aguero. Overall I would go with Romario.

He's still Mallorca's all time leading scorer and won them their most prestigious trophy in their club's history including a demolition of Zidane's Real Madrid (one of many ON MALLORCA). Also funny how Eto'o is the only all time great dinged for being on a stacked team as if he wasn't the primary reason they were winning.
