It's called Ramm4 because it's the fourth song in which the band name appears. The others are “Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen sehen?”, “Rammlied” and “Rammstein (song).
Unfortunately, this song is not on any album, as it is only played live.

certainly, because the video he watched here is the only official version of ramm4, that rammstein publicly posted. ramm4 does not have a studio version.
