Yes. I was there couple years ago. There are quite a few unique restaurants like this. Small restaurant, food quality is 5 stars, price are cheap with no tips required. No tax add to the bill. Waiter/Watress pet the pen near the ear (like in HK) & take your order. I actually think it's the best place for retirement in Europe.
