We have school reunions. I didn't go but at the time it was for all us aged 40, I'm 52 now. My husband and his brother also had school reunions, husband brother is in his 60s.
I didn't want to socialize with the cretins I went to school with when I was required to be around when I WAS in school. Why would I want to spend money and time to be with them now?

I went to a school reunion (UK) about 20 years ago when it was a thing on Friends Reunited. It was fun but only something I would do once.
