N they r getting into new launches than completing our booked (old) project…..No proper reply from management… The foolish decision we ever made and never ever go with brand. Always buy ready possession home always…. They sell all flats by showing us cloud 9…. 😅 You may get something for making such videos but one request is that be genuine in guiding people and do your homework before posting such videos …. Having a own house is a dream for many! I checked many other videos of you, the real genuine one. You have done fantastic job. 👍🏻

What guarantee that you get the same thing what they promised. RERA date always work in favour of builders. Read your documents in the agreement is it between builder name or third party name is involved?!
After showing the sample flat, one would obviously want to know the approximate it going to cost to buy a 1,2,or 3 BHK. A detailed breakup of price per sq. ft, stamp duty and registration, additional parking space etc etc. Also she didn't mention if the flat has power back up.

The date for possession of this project for first tower was committed by Dec'23 and now they have extended the dates on the RERA website for each and every phase beyond 6 months. This is wrong on builder's part. Please help.
Joyville Hadapsar Annex. The possession has been delayed by 6 months, and the maintenance charges have doubled. Initially, for the 2BHK Grand, the maintenance cost was 1.22 lakh, which has now increased to 2.4 lakh. So many false commitment given by @shapoorji pallonji builder

Shapoorji projects have lost its reputation.They take money from customers and never complete the projects.We had booked a flat in SP residency phase-3, 5 years ago, and it is still not complete.They have already started other projects in other areas in Hadapsar ,bhavdhan- joyville ,etc.Please do a research before investing in any of the SP projects. @SP management ,please complete the existing projects for which u have already taken our hard earned money.
Don't get fooled by this brand. Visit kolkata to see the present state of affairs of it's incomplete projects, long overdue to be delivered. Pathetic state of affairs.
Start user review of delivered projects in Pune . So that we can compare what is promised and what is delivered.
