I also talk to the dogs a lot, give them nick names, sing to them while I’m bathing them. I laughed when you mentioned your phone client contacts. I do the same thing! I have most of my contacts saved as the dogs name and not the owner. I also have a picture of the dog as the contact picture 😄. I struggle to remember the owners names because of this.
Omg the bathroom thing... I'm not a dog groomer (yet), but seriously considerimg changing careers and going into mobile dog grooming and the thougg about the whole bathroom situation has come up... because Im not a huge fan of the idea of running into gas stations and coffee shop bathrooms every time and I wont be able to afford a fancy van with a bathroom for a while so I was thinking af getting myself one of those casetter toillets, and hiding it in a cupboard/under counter.
That's an awesome option!! I hide mine in a bottom cupboard and just make sure it's something with a lid! Some clients will become like family and they will offer you their washroom, drinks etc!!
