Just a word of caution relative to the comments made on the tax deductibility of the amounts paid for the auction ukuleles. I believe the rule is that only the amount paid over and above the fair market value of the instrument would be the deductible amount on one’s tax return. However, obviously all should consult with their tax advisor to be sure. Mahalo to all for their generosity!
