    Despite discussions about the energy transition, fossil fuels still dominate the global energy mix. Developing countries have an 84% fossil fuel primary mix, while globally it's around 80-81%. Renewable energy grew more in Central and South America in 2023. China leads in the global grid-scale battery market. The U.S. and Europe face volatility and politicization regarding renewable growth, as the election seasons show.
    Additionally noted, June Nasdaq index performances indicate strong growth in AI and big data, U.S. large caps, semiconductors, and reasonable growth in cybersecurity and junior miners. That's an ever-shifting paradigm.
