U can watch full video on my channel.its made from beaten rice or flattened rice,soak flattened rice then grind with semolina and curd,prepare a spicy potato stuffing with some onion chili tomota and spices.add salt and eno salt in prepare batter and then greace some bowl and pour half batter then place stuffing balls and then cover with little batter and then steam for 10 mins then add some oil on pan then place all balls and saute for 2 mins then ur spicy tasty breakfast is ready to eat enjoy and thanks for comment
