- Today we leave Morocco for the Canary Islands! Firstly we must connect through Madrid on Iberia (operated by Air Nostrum for Iberia Regional). Unfortunately the flight didn’t get off to a great start with a horrible check-in experience with an agent who refused to care about us and sort out Iberia system fault denying us checked baggage. While the flight itself was fine, and without the drama like before, its common knowledge Euro-business never wins any awards for seat design. Enjoy the video!

Nasty surprise. 😮 I don’t see why 😂. You got safely, got a decent meal on a regional plane. No; regional planes don’t have free seats next to our as it’s just a 2X2 configuration. At
least in Europe. What kind of amenities do you expect on a short hop?.
I don’t know what’s wrong with check in. You have dedicated counters in business, and could bring your own boarding card in your phone.
Nice video. Looks like the Royal Air Maroc lounge in Casablanca was pretty decent. Sadly when flying European airlines business class on regional jets you rarely get the luxury of a free seat next to you, however for a short flight the seat and the meal served looked perfectly adequate to me.
Yes the lounge and the meal were certainly the highlights of the flight. I believe airlines like Swiss and LOT Polish as well as all A220 operators guarantee a blocked adjacent seat, so its just a bit disappointing to see Iberia not doing this as well, especially when we could've flown RAM on the same route for the same price.
Why does Iberia often give the feeling that they don't care about their passengers?? That is a very bad and wrong attitude for an airline if they want customers.
From my 4 flights on Iberia i was getting that impression. I took 1 flight on Regional and the other 3 on Express, and while 2 of them were just OK, this video and the next video both had some major flaws!
Skytrax awarded Iberia as the 14th Best Airline in the World in 2023. They seem not to agree with you.
@@FranciscoCamino skytrax is a joke they even once regarded Lufthansa as a 5 star airline😀😀😀😃 Iberia cancelled 4 flights 4 weeks in advance and they refused to book me on any other flights.
