Hey man I really wish the best for you but just wanted to let you know that this video isn’t entirely true... In other words, this man “seeing color for he first time” or “seeing the world how everyone else sees it” is clickbait. No hate though, I wish you the best and hope that someday they will develop glasses that can fully cure colorblindness. I just didn’t want you to be disappointed if you ever get a pair of these.
Actually they do see new colours, can see more videos. Some people grow up seeing green and red as just different shades of the same colour. Can see some videos of people seeing what purple looks like to us for the first time.
@@soul_820 thats what the glasses do for people with normal color vision. For people with certain types of color blindness, their brain cannot distinguish between the different wavelengths of light, and for example people with deuteranopia will see red and green as different hues of the same color. With enchroma, it helps separate the wavelengths of light so that normal people will see colors more vibrantly, and people with certain types of color blindness will be able to distinguish the colors enough to see new hues of colors they haven't been able to see before. No, it's not a "cure" for color blindness, but many times they are seeing colors that are new to them. That is why so many grown men completely break down into tears when they put them on.
