Last year, AHS encountered a group of animals living in some of the worst conditions we'd ever seen. Our staff knew this was going to be an overwhelming journey to nurse these dogs back to health and provide the right behavioral care for each. While no journey like this is ever easy, one dog in particular had significant challenges to overcome. Her name is Daisy.

The eyes are swollen and would be like a migraine headache. The poor dog is in terrible pain.
