Teardown Edelkrone Slider 1 v2 Cleaning Repair, grinding noice repair

After purchasing the Edelkrone Slider 1 v2, I discovered that is a little louder than it supposes to be, so I decided to take it apart and see what that grinding noise can be, guess what I discovered)

OMG I'm so glad I can across this video. I have the SliderONE V2 Pro which has 2 of those motors. My first model made that exact same noise just 1 week out of the box... fortunately BH where I purchased it from, replaced it as opposed to sending to Turkey under warranty, lol. So far 2 years later my SliderONE V2 Pro has not given me any issues, but now its also out of warranty so at least with your help (video) I'll have a fighting chance to make my own repair... Thank you

I didn't do the tilt and pan motor, bit the principal is the same.
