I was also like you, I can play grade 5 music from RUclips videos fairly easily (I never took any music lessons) but when it comes to sight reading, I am only able to read easy church music. Then I learned the fabian music book and I completed the 3 books in about 6 months, now I can play basically anything (if it's easy technically, of course.. if it's hard like chopin I would need some time to bring myself to learn that)

To be honest it’s not that hard, I’ve learned it by myself with a book in less than 2 weeks so you should also be able to learn it pretty fast
