password will be setup by NIC. default password is shop id.
But sir, what about the authenticity of the transaction. I mean that if dealer entered some ration card number without the letting the actual customer to know...So how can we authenticate this offline process of distribution.
Sorry, there is no authentication. this option is given for the locations where network is not available. so they should not misuse...
