    I have really enjoyed learning mosaic crochet. I am a long time crocheter but never saw mosaic. From alllll the videos yours are the best. You are cute as a button and I like how you laugh at yourself. Thanks for your videos. Sue Lear

    Well this old woman decided to watch and do it with you. I think I only have a few left. But what I've learned is that by doing all of them I learned something new that helps me understand and to do it. Normally I would have gone straight into making a blanket but this time I learned first. Anyways thank you for your time. I can tell you are one smart cookie. Thanks Sue Lear

    Thank you for this tutorial. This is the first time I'll be attempting mosaic. This will be perfect! You're a very patient teacher, I appreciate that. Blessings.

    Please, what kind of thread is used?

    • @FiberFoxStudios
      @FiberFoxStudios  3 года назад

      Hi and thank you! You can use any yarn/thread you want. I am using Stylecraft Special Dk in Dandelion and Cygnet in Cream. On my videos I list in the description the yarn I use and I list the hook size to use if you are using different size yarn as well. Hope this helps!

      I'm not doing letters on the channel sorry!!! BUT I do know of a few patterns on etsy that tackle lettering, this designer has 2 different styles of Mosaic lettering patterns. www.etsy.com/listing/898455282/mosaic-crochet-alphabet-dnealian-font?ref=share_v3_lx

    Courtney if i am doing a blanket, I have 8 butterflies do i keep repeating so i have halves through out the blanket or do i only do 1 at the beginning and the end. Thanks in advance. Hope you had a good weekend

    • @FiberFoxStudios
      @FiberFoxStudios  2 года назад

      As you repeat the stitches your half butterflies through the row become whole butterflies, you will only have a true half butterfly at the start of the row and the very end of the row. The way its designed as you keep repeating the stitches the design meets up forming the complete butterfly. Once you complete all the rows for the half butterfly you can switch to the full butterfly tutorial for this design so that you have staggered butterflies.
      If I'm misunderstanding your question please let me know!

      @@FiberFoxStudios ok thanks so do i have to switch my a&b colors to get this section in reverse? My first is tan background with amber butterflies

      @@FiberFoxStudios nope you got the question. Explained it thoroughly. I really appreciate all your help

    • @FiberFoxStudios
      @FiberFoxStudios  2 года назад +1

      Yes you would need to swap them if you want reverse outcome because this is designed with the full Butterfly in mind and carrying on from that video over to this video so I kept the color layout the same design wise. Glad I was able to help!! 💙🦊😁😁😁😁

      If you are new to overlay Mosaic Crochet the older videos would probably be a great place to start. Hope this helps.
