The game has amazing visuals even without 4k ray tracing. It's a shame almost no one appreciates Night City's beauty, style, and sheer size. It's so easy to get lost in its streets and end up somewhere completely unexpected (if you don't pay too much attention to the minimap)
The city is beautiful, almost like an art piece, imo.
They actually got real-life city planners to participate in designing the game. This might be why the streets and buildings feel natural.

@@MrDragos360 True, there is not much to do in the city. The visuals of the city are impressive if you have a powerful PC configuration. It doesn't make much of an impression on low settings.

I play this in 4K on PC. And if anything, the real actual gameplay looks waaaaaaayyyyy better without the OBS and RUclips compression.
The bugs and AI can be fixed, but the global illumination, shadows, and ray-tracing of RED engine will may this game age better and better,
just like the Witcher did.

Alright, no matter what you think of the bugs or the toned-down RPG elements, I think we can all agree how incredibly beautiful this game looks, when it runs on hardware that actually showcases its full potential.
If you're a fan of cyberpunk, try out The Ascent. And see how real beauty looks like. 2077 in comparison looks like Midtown madness to the GTA in my opinion.

actually creating hyper realistic graphics is easy, its the part of optimization that comes into play in video games, cyberpunk is actualy optimized well, its just too many polygons for our computers to handle
Lighting is the key to photorealism. That's why raytracing is so awesome.
with unreal engine 5 we don't need ray tracing.

on one hand - yes, on the other hand it's much more comfortable in the long run. Take into account red dead 2 where all the animations are cool at first, but this game is really long and it gets annoying after some time.

Its beginning to look like a stunningly looking game now I've seen this video how it should be looking .Would been nice to see what the settings are in your game options to get this to look just to see what was sacrifice. Before i will buy this game i want to be able to play this maxed out and with the bugs been sorted out looks like i will have to wait for the next gen cards to come out but at least another year would sort all the mess out.

I'm playing it in october 2021 almost 1 year after launch, and i'm doing more than fine with xbox series S, the only bug that happened was a car during a mission that didn't produced sound for like 10 seconds and a AI that walked through the floor for a second and got back up.
Unlike everyone is saying, this is a fucking awesome game, stunning ambient and city details.
More than recommanded, expecially if you like the cyberpunk style.

Just got this game and can honestly say running on ultra 60fps with almost no bugs. Game looks and feels great!
Not in 4 k with raytracing ultra cause this guy who made the vid ain't either only way to is 3090 sli not one can by itself 45 max
yeah this was on a release week test back in december 2020. with only 3090 pretty sure he had to toned down quite a bit of the settings. summer 2022 recent test run on 4k max with 3090ti still couldn't reach 60fps

I really hope people start using 60fps frame caps in game or with riva tuner if they intend to show gameplays on youtube as that would vastly improve smoothness as well as remove any visible tearing. Regardless, great video.
Best thing about the game is metal reflections that are not just "shinny mirror" like in other games, but reflections are blurry according to the surface and bend with its shape...
So damn i’ve gotta say driving in this game with some chillwave is the best thing you can do. It is perfect and such a big vibe.

Definitely worth playing on PC but you need such a beast to run this game properly at its highest.
@Fly 2650 , I still have an RX580... I had to optimize the settings to make it look good enough and still run above 30fps on average. I mean, it looks great for my set-up. But, you know, the game's not living up to its potential (graphics-wise) which is sad.
Is there anything we can do regarding the lights (light poles, ads,...) popping up super late when driving? I've the same behavior than in this video and this is really immersion breaking.

Playing on PS5 so ray tracing brings the game to 30fps. Great for photo mode and to walk around slowly or looking at some of the views but this... tearing through the city with everything smooth and crisp... amazing
I'm missing out on so much beauty playing this on the PS5.
Can't wait for the next gen update. Hopefully it wil bring in raytracing.

@@Jet_Set_Go unfortunately it doesn't bring ray tracing like this. it is a very beautiful game but we have only ray traced shadows (not reflections) and honestly its not worth to give away 60fps for it :/

On my pc game stutter really bad only when moving my cam very fast ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Lets say im driving and trying to fast turn right and the game just slow back to 1fps xD on ultra or low no difference
it really wouldn't going through the heart of the city is way more taxing than any shootout.

Literally the only problem is the amount of NPCs. The game is visually stunning
The amount of NPCs is good, road Traffic is lacking tho
The second only problem is lack of enhanced NPC AI, The third only problem is la is police teleporting behind your back, the fourth only problem is lack of (promised) car customization - btw did I mention car physics is not so good? Other than those, GOTY (oh and all those glitches - but other then that, it's fine game)

@@wodzovsky the problem of the game is not the bugs. it's the cut content, unfinished features, etc. the game is not how they said it will be. the game has worse AI than Lego City Undercover: a Wiiu game. watch the Cyberpunk video in Crowbcat youtube channel but don't focus on the bugs and glitches. focus in the comparisons of Cyberpunk with other games like AI comparison with Lego City Undercover, etc.

How do you record 4k 60fps I tried to on obs and my frames dip to like 20-40s I have rtx 2080 i7 Gen 9 and 16 gigs of ram I can play in 4k usually but as soon as I start obs even without a game I see my mouse is slower than normal
