I came looking for a way to extend my bed. I find it to short to throw in shovels rakes etc. The video was actually a way to put risers on the bed. Good idea too but not what I need.
Did you use 1 x 1 steel tube for the vertical posts? On mine it seems like it would rattle, but i haven't been able to find 1-1/8 x 1-1/8 OD for a closer fit. Any feedback appreciated.
Nick Mohr all the materiel is one inch square stock. It’s made up into three sections for ease of removal. The vertical posts extend the full length of the bed. Zero rattling. Works well. Hope that helps.
great idea !! saw 1 guy put wood shelves w/back, and dividers,.. on top of 1 " risers to hold chainsaw, etc..
Nice RTV. We love our X1140. Just subscribed!
Nice fab work and good addition to the Bota RTV. The higher sides and back will definitely keep trash from going down between cab and bed. Nice video
Good job. I did that on my RTV500. I traded it off in December and now have 1120D so I’m going to make another extender for it when the weather allows
Wow! That looks great! I like the concept. I think Kubota should implement a system for their RTV’s like this with more options for the bed.
Jackson K Thanks!!
Nice upgrade.
