All I need to know is that I made a few people on this earth happier than they would have been without me. And that to me is all that's important. Just know that it does get better. And that I may be a sad stranger sitting behind a computer screen but I will always be here. Just remember that you are important. Its because we are unconsciously doing some fundamental things in our life wrong. Just get your body moving everyday. Do some basic stretching and i would say meditation every day for 15 mins would be the best.It might feel like nothing is changing, but once your body chemistry starts becoming alright, bliss is the only way. Deep within we might know the reason we feel like this, just address all those things we try to forget and remember that our mind is just a garbage bin of this universe. It stores everything that we come in contact with for our use. Not so that we can live in the garbage bin. Keep it at a distance . This distance can come when you start paying attention to the life around us instead of being stuck in the loops of the mind which usually doesn't take us anywhere. It has to get better. :D
