I think Rokoduguni is a special player, I believe that Eddie doesn't see value in investing time in Roko because his sole task is to make England a perennial RWC contender. This involves not only mentoring young players but coaches. I think he is bringing in all the young guys so he can show his coaching side not only how to coach the best players now but also to develop the players that will be breaking into the squad in 4 years, Roko doesn't fit this mold for him because although he is one of the best wings now he doesn't believe he will be the best winger in 2019. That coaching squad also doesn't like his ability to balance his defensive placement with his ability to come off his wing in comparison to Jack Nowell or Daly.
He has deserved the england call up for the last 3 seasons by far better than jack nowell and johnny may. Or move watson to fullback and play may and roko on the wings
Should be him, Nowell and Watson England back three with Cokanasiga on the bench...May and Daly are extremely overrated, especially Daly who has had a terrible season
