Petition for Mattman to do another run with this item on his second channel so we can actually see the unique part of the item. I liked the homing with techx but it’s literally just homing+, I thought the tears splitting would be really interesting and fun to watch.
honestly yeah, tech x moving like that is sick but i wish he removed it after a while, seeing things like the parasite and compound fracture with splitting homing tears that would split into MORE tears would be so cool !!

Another day another item idea. Mom's hairdryer is a quality 2 active item with a 1 charge bar that refills on its own. Holding down the use button will slowly deplete the charge, kinda like breath of life, and create an air stream in front of issac that blows enemies away. if issac manages to keep an enemy in the stream for the entire duration of the charge, that enemy becomes burned and starts taking some damage over time. Of course it contributes to the Yes Mother transformation. (day 4)

Anyways, I suggest Binge Eater but you don't get HP ups. Every item you pick up gives a stacking all-stats-up (sausage style, also breaks tears cap) that decays over 10 minutes (or less).

Hello mattman, i want to share the story on how I clutched up a Rock Bottom unlock.. I started off first floor and playing sac room and somehow got sacred heart, time skip.. I… didnt have enough time for boss rush, and I was a floor before mom, i look in shop and theres the restock item so I pick it up and head to the next floor, On the way to the shop I found a 2 of diamonds and picked up as many coins i could find when I get to the shop i blew up the dono machine, then kept buying until mama bomb showed up, took about 3 items until mama bomb showed up, it was worth 39 coins... and I had 20 something... I didnt have alot of hearts but I played sac and eventually got to the 50/50 out of pure luck with my health. Ran it and got the coins... I was beyond estatic.. I also found Tear Detonator.. Which actually made Boss Rush a breeze.

12 room charge, counts towards Bookworm. Locks you out of angel deals, permanent 100% devil deal. On use replaces your red hearts with black hearts and starts a 10 second timer. During this time every enemy killed gives you half a black heart AND every sixth enemy killed spawns a devil deal.

I've been doing OG Isaac runs recently and had my first matt man run. started with an XL floor and my treasure rooms were in the staring room, magic mushroom and deaths touch. i literally screamed. in the end i went chest way and got poly. i died then and there.
Every time i play as blue baby, and i'm listening to your videos on the background, i get crazy things. Like i got sacred heart, died in sheol cuz i suck and got sacred heart literally on the next run (and killed hush who is way easier)
It's easy to rig Isaac.
All you need are Secret Room items, a way to roll them, and absolute godlike skill in the game.
I'm still working on that last one, though
