I liked that you talked about Criterion showing _It Happened One Night_ .
Fun video. I see you put out a part 2 which I’ll check out. But I’m curious how far you’ll go down the boutique rabbit hole. I assume you’ll mainly cover the larger ones but considering there’s got to be close to 100 labels or more out there that are active, this could be a long journey haha. Granted, some of those labels may only put out a few titles a year but yeah. This should be fun! One of my favorites if you come across them is Dead Crocodile.
Oh and just one thing (and hopefully I’m not coming off like a snob here). I noticed you mentioned that the Criterion edition of Wall-E is the only way to get the movie in 4K. This is not actually correct though. Disney did release the movie on 4K back in 2020. However, the Criterion release is of course preferred since it has more features and includes Dolby Vision, among other things like nicer packaging.
I haven’t decided yet how far I will be going but I do want to branch out from just the big ones eventually. And I actually did not know about the 4k of Wall-E, thanks for info! Im glad you enjoyed the video!

Great video Kyle. I also love the criterion collection but they are harder to find out in the wild here in Canada. Sometimes I will find them at pawn shops and flea markets for 2-4$.one of my favorites is nightmare alley. I also collect for arrow and arrow academy,olive films,twilight time, umbrella, kino and others. Criterion is definitely my favorite. Look forward to more videos from you.
