They can't figure out how to use the actual pumps either!
This is great until the techies mess up your account then won't even communicate to try to fix it. The problem has been months old & I've called/chatted/emailed multiple times with no solution. I'm done with Kroger's poor customer service.
Once you choose a discount of .10 Cents, .20 cents per gallon, you lose that entire credit after the pump is on. So if you choose .30 Cents a gallon, whether you fill up with 1 gallon or 35 gallons, it is lost, no longer useful to carry over. It is not based on a gallon use, but when the pump is activated and then shut off, regardless of the amount. So if you have a small gas tank and want to benefit by your 30 Cent a gallon discount, have a family member pull up on the other side of the pump and fill their tank as well after you, under the 30 Cent a gallon savings to make the discount worth while for the full fill up use.
Try stopping that one, KROGER. Fricken rip offs!
If you have a small car you get ripped off, Example: 10 gallon capacity for Honda Fit vs 32 gallons for Hummer H2 "Program discount is good for one purchase of fuel, up to 35 gallons." So I'm getting screwed on 25 gallons of discount.
Take three empty five gallon gas cans with you.
You don't have to use all your points at 1 time. You can do multiple transactions per month, actually I think they last 2 months. You can use last months now
Buy a Hummer haha!

It might not be ideal but is missing a discount of a few bucks a month really going to break you?
This is stupid. It doesn't help us know how to use the previous month's fuel points before they expire.....ugh!! And no one at the store can explain how, either!! Ridiculous.....
on the screen select option #2 for "change amount" and enter the discount amount for the previous month, it will then use those points first.
So where did the fuel survey get hidden?

Hey, great question! When you're at the pump you can choose how many of your points to use for that transaction. After you select if you're going to use this month or the prior month points, you'll be able to adjust how many you want to use in 10 cent increments, creating your own discount on the fuel price. Dont bother, Kroger not only rips you off at the pump, their in store sale items never come up on the discount once you go to the register. Just another scam they pull if you are not paying attention while your "so-called" sale items are being scanned. I found out that half my sales items are scanned at full price.

What if I'm the weirdo who rides a bike everywhere? Is there an easy way to transfer these fuel points to a friend who actually drives?

!BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING YOUR POINTS/DISCOUNTS AT THE PUMP YOU WILL NOT GET A STAIGHT ANSWER AS TO WHY FROM FRY'S. AFTER 15 YEARS AS LOYAL CUSTOMER I AM SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. FRY'S EXPECTS YOUR LOYALTY TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THEIR STORES BUT WILL NOT RETURN THEIR LOYALTY TO ACKNOWLEDGE A CONCERN.
And they recently changed the system, adding a who new confusing menu. So far I got ripped off twice trying to use the max points available. And complaining gets you nowhere.

sorry guys but the only way for a person to get a gas discount at THE PUMP is to RESET the pumps specifications manually just for you. you have to be a service tech and have permission. its all a hype same as SCOTCH GUARD OR STAINGUARD for furniture.
