It continues to blow my mind how quickly I can go from feeling confident in my abilities to coach and train people well to feeling like I don’t know anything after hearing from a great strength coach like this
I want to hear the thoughts on Untold Swamp Kings and their mat drills for better football players lol. This was phenomenal I now have 8 new people to go learn from. Thank you.
I know Buddy is at retirement age and that he hates cold weather with a passion (who can blame him?), but he’s exactly who the Cleveland Browns need to bring back especially given the amount of injured players they have this season!
@@StrengthCoachNetwork Larry Jackson is Cleveland’s head strength coach now, and has been with them for almost six years. Somehow, I’ve never had that much faith and trust in him as I would with somebody like Buddy.
Buddy is the best. I had the privileged to be coached by him during his last stint at Pitt. I wouldn’t be the coach I am today without his tutelage.
Thats AMAZING to hear!

The mat drills they did were awful. That team won IN SPITE of what was done in the wright room/mat drills. Not BECAUSE of. Awful.

Thanks for the comment - not sure who the staff is at Cleveland now. I worked with Paul Ricci who was there before.
