One of my favorite prefixes (because it's nearly one-half of a bingo, and eats a horrible U) is OUT. Sometimes it works as sort of a suffix as well, but I've had many bingos with this combination.
And did I see you use OVER? Another great prefix (and it gets rid of a V). I can't remember if you mentioned that option.
Especially if the Q has already been played, the U's are terrible in general.
As an aside, most players dislike V more than any other tile. When I've needed to exchange letters, I'll often keep the V (which nobody ever does!), and I've been happy with that more often than not. I've had many V bingoes. V's are also very good at "soaking up I's" which can have a nasty tendency to accumulate.
