- Today we are taking a stroll around the neighborhood I'm staying in and I'm sharing with you my first impressions of the Philippines. I'm currently staying in the Makati area, tucked away right next to BGC. It's a lively quaint little neighborhood with lots of small shops and restaurants. I found some tasty pork street food to snack on as well as some Philipino-Chinese food.
Toward the end of the video, I share my plan for the rest of my stay here and my short-term plans for the channel moving forward.

It's interesting to hear you compare India and the Philippines, and I also noticed that there are a lot less horns noise in the streets!
You should pay more attention to your diet when traveling. If you can't find a general restaurant, sometimes convenience stores are also a good choice!

Hurray!, I knew you would miss Japan. It will be awesome to cross Japan by bike and feel the tranquillity and beautifull scenery, merge into the culture and find out more then you already knew. You have the advantage of speaking the language to start a conversation and you are sort of home in the culture, so you should be able to find random places., especially by bike!. I would love to know more of Japan. Hope to see beautifull pictures too. Can’t hardly wait. High expectation here.

there is an improved ferry trip from mindanao to indonesia. i haven't tried but i was so excited to hear that news 5 years ago when i was planning for a bicycle tour from vietnam-thailand-singapore-indonesia and back to the Philippines all the way to manila. that was my dream, i always thought that southeast asia should promote this and make it some kind of an athletic event and spark economic activities and peace and unity in the region.

Sir try explore the other islands of the Philippines like El Nido/Coron Palawan, Boracay, Siargao island, Bohol, Moalboal Cebu, and siquijor those are the famous places in Philippines especially for foreign tourists... hope you enjoy here in my country 🥰👍🇵🇭🇵🇭
Nick, you won't notice a whole lot of spiciness in cooked food coming from the northern Philippines. A huge contrast between spicy hot food in southern Philippines, in Mindanao.

As an Indonesian, Philipines looks so similiar to Indonesia. The neighbkrhood, the street food, the scenery, etc, ezcept there is no mosques around. I think you will be familiar with this country
