SaaS products themselves don't cause bottlenecks, it's the network design and number of users that can. The more users trying to access the internet indirectly, the more stress the local network experiences in handling these requests. In minimising the number of steps required to access a SaaS application, the latency and other QoS metrics can be improved. Hoping that's helped.
