Finally my boy is back to his 3S form. I think last season he was good (similar to his IV strength), but this season’s buffs got him back to that dangerous feel he had in 3S. He lacked long normals in 3S, but he was able to make it up with quickly stacking up damage with his fast punishes, just like this season.

Here is how I would rank the Shotos in this game
1. Luke (this guy is in his own tier)
2. Ken (low mk and VT1 improvement makes him more consistent)
3. Akuma (VS2 changes made some of his matchups much better)
4. Kage (Better combos and better FB)
5. Ryu/Sakura/Sagat (Didn't really change much in terms of their strategy)
