at this point in his career tommy was considered to be one of the most the most evil persons based on his lyrics and gang wars that was going on with Sparta and other gangs and also at this time Gaza and Sparta was so influencial that people would do almost anything they said. Every gun related crime the police use to immedietly pin it on Tommy Lee & Sparta and he would go to jail very often even when he was not guilty because he & vybz kartel were that powerful at the time

Tommy lee was in fact a very dangerous person and sparta was a massively dangerous gang but they pinned every Montego Bay related crime on Tommy Lee and marked him as the gang leader which at the time was not true and they used him to set an example of how far they were willing to go, which ended up just showing more of how corrupt the police system was and enraged jamaican citizens. And also in these times regular everyday people were very easily influenced by Sparta and especially Gaza (vibes kartel related) and Gully (Movado related) which were all both gangs & music empires/labelz. Gang wars would always break out on a weekly basis between Gaza and Gully which were the 2 groups that were more influential than even the government

It was so bad that Gaza was the unofficial government of Jamaica and Gully was the opposing team. Gaza and sparta were affiliated once tommy lee decided to work with vybz kartel publicly musical and behind the scenes joined forces as gangs
