The calculation should be 4 - 20ma not 0 - 20ma. If you're reading anything less than 4ma at the sensor that indicates a problem.

Our plant used rice husk hopper bottom RAL and pumping blower all red used VFDs blower back pressure also given Siemens plc, using above parameters how to calculate given my plc TPH

it depends on how much resolution for ADC. it may be 8 bit , ten bit , 13 bit or 16 bits

I think this is very misleading. Siemens documentation has the 20mA conversion at 27648

65535 is the digital value at 20mA input signal. it depends upon how resolution analog to digital converter have. for example if resolution is 16 bit , the max value will be 65535. if resolution is 8 bit max value will be 256 only.
