YES I know, I also stated that "PRACTICE makes PERFECT", as these girls quite clearly show.
These girls makes these tricks look EFFORTLESS, I just think they are amazing, that's MY opinion.
Girls from a very young age KNOW they want to be gymnasts, they have the grace, flexibility etc, same with contortionists, the best contortionists in the world, are FEMALE, they are naturally more bendy than males (although there are exceptions).

@@jawant6039 It's not just "dumb shit for the camera", I can ensure to you that almost everyone of those women in the video have trained for many hours, and have set real post goals before filming their achievements/flips. If I was able to do any of those flips, for sure I would take a video of it and store it as memories. WE ALL have goals, whether we think we do or we don't. Simone Biles participated in the Olympics, of which cameras are used to film the Olympics with. Furthermore, Simone Biles does get injured too.

I got the mentality that people who can flip has reach happiness cus they look so free. I tried to learn it but most of the peeps around me tell me I'm too old to learn gymnastics (I'm 16)
