I tried Viagra and this Happened! (Documentary)
1 out of every 10 Indian Men suffer from Erectile Dysfunction on a regular basis, and this number continues to rise.
A very common solution for Men to battle this is popping the popular pill - Viagra.
But, what exactly does Viagra do?
- What are its side effects?

- Are there any long-term issues for it?

To answer these very questions, I decided to try out Viagra for myself.
But before that I had to find out more about this.
And this led me deep down the rabbit hole.
When I spoke to my friend, who is a musician, and even my personal trainer. They shared their experience with using Viagra and what it really does.
Also, we interviewed @Drvijayantgovinda, who is a certified Urologist and one of the most popular Sexologists in the country.

Due to consumption of pornography, people both men and women are developing unrealistic expectations regarding what sex is actually supposed to be. And failure to perform those same actions as in those videos causes people insecurity and loss of pleasure.
I know this because I'm going through something similar. Wish we could educate more people on this. And thus reduce or downright stop their pornography consumption.
So freaking true porn is destroying young men and women...
So I was going through this issue and here's what I found:
1. It doesn't matter if you're employed or not but if you don't have a hobby which gives you happiness you'll be naturally inclined to activities which gives you dopamine (porn for instance).
2. I was addicted to porn and what it did was, it damaged my brain and I was insecure about my size.
3. Since porn is an act without an emotion or connection, I tend to look at girls as a sex only object.
4. Masturbation was a part of my daily routine and I did it twice or sometimes 3 times a day.
5. Our social media which runs on "Thirst Trap" (yes it somewhat fuels the horniness) also triggers a point in our body which leads us to constantly thinking about sex and atlast again masturbation.
Solution?
1. Have a hobby (try to recall what you did in your childhood which gave you satisfaction, for me it was Art and Craft).
2. Minimal use of Instagram (most of social apps) I know its difficult but this is vital.
3. Exercise and yogi (I know some y'all won't do yoga so its just a suggestion)
4. This last will seem strange but have a walk in a park in your locality ( Way of disconnecting from social media)
It helped significantly but I since I started it recently, I have a long mile to cover.
Bro its not men's problem , they do everything just for girl , they are even satisfied in 5 min they all do in insecurity
Most people have very wrong assumptions about sex nowadays It's not always about penetration There are a lot of things rather than penetrative sex
