I read somewhere that after their massive concerts in Wembley (they sold out two days in Wembley - ridiculous), they would be polite to cleaners and help clean up and make sure they don't make too much mess.
When people wonder why BTS are so huge, it's not just because of their talent and their work ethic, it's also massively because of how they conduct themselves and how they treat people no matter who the people are. So they are both loved and respected by the fandom.
