I have had friends from other countries tell me about corruption in their countries. It has now come to the United States. Sad and evil. Thank you for presenting this story.
Read the history of Alabama. It has always been corrupt, sometimes at the cost of peoples lives. It hasn't changed since before the US became a country.
I suspect it has always been here. The difference now is that it is at the highest level of government. Im sure it has been going on in the states for decades.
I hope both the Sheriff and AG are stripped of every asset they have or ever hope to have for this. The State AG is also complicit in this for not holding these people accountable in the criminal system for the obvious abuse of power.
Yep, he dropped the charges against the victims, but he's still conspiring with them de facto. Sure, they probably never made a quid pro quo agreement, but the legal class always automatically circles the wagons until there's enough public pressure to stop. Until there are conferences for that, the people who are supposed to hold government officers accountable never will

Under 42 USC 1983, The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama needs to open an investigation for Violation of Civil Rights, RICO and Conspiracy case against the Sheriff and the DA. I would not be surprised if one or two of the school board members, who were so eager to extend the contract may face some culpability, as well. Im not surprised by this!!! I am a former teacher and I've seen how the "system" pushes people out. Also, I was accused by a co-worker of putting a print out from the internet in her mailbox at work. The title of the article was about children who "tattle" on other kids & why they do it. This article "upset" her. So she went to the principal, filed a complaint at the local police station & ultimately filed a complaint with our local courts. The court complaint came about because she didn't get anywhere with the principal or the police. I spoke to several lawyers who were "pissed" at the absurdity of this situation. Ultimately, I chose to save myself some money....follow the teachings of Christ (turn the other cheek) let her have a restraining order against me. Her plan backfired & she was moved to another part of the building...far away from me. This is what you work with in an elementary school unfortunately. What upset me the most is that people were gossiping uncontrollably yet no one even asked ME what happened... just the school janitor. He informed me "that's not what she's telling people". Then at the end of the school year...another teacher told me that this woman was crying because she lost her dog. I knew she was admonishing me because we were both pet lovers and I was the BIG BAD WOLF. Thing is...this woman who filed this complaint didn't have a dog!! No doubt she was upset because she lost her position. The bottom line I guess is that people behave badly everywhere!
Why was the DA so invested with keeping the Superintendent? What gives him the right to be at the schoolboard meeting not open to the public and threaten the board members? The DA and the Sherriff ought to be recalled or voted out in the next election.
It is great you are doing this. That said, we have yet to see the terms of McClung's buyout contract, the payments to McClung's businesses by the school district while she was Superintendent, or the connections between Billy and the McClung family leading to his belated insufficient recusal. Follow the money
If I were a resident of Escambia county I would be UP IN ARMS over this. The citizens will be the ones to pay for this lawsuit, I doubt the sheriff or DA will get more than a slap on the wrist. The system is broken.

When the people's picked choices for high office turn out to be criminals, what does that say about the people? A government OF the people, BY the people, FOR the people? Ultimately, the PEOPLE are responsible. This is what happens when you put no more thought into your vote than into what toppings you like on your pizza. Do your research and consider your options carefully, folks-your vote counts.
A senior citizen in Rachael, NV who had an unclassified general interest website since 1994, about Area fifty one was marched out by the AIR FORCE, SWAT, FBI in his socks and unders with a warrant 30 pgs, only 2 of which were served, now sealed. $38,000 in damages were done to his home and property, no compensation. No arrest, no charges. When did the AIR FORCE start serving warrants on private citizens ???
Thanks for getting the word out about this, and I hope the law suit against all those public officials gets won in full by the all 4 victims! There was absolutely no reason for any of that crap to happen! The superintendent deserves to pay in full as well! Best wishes to all 4 victims always!
@steveladner4346 yes you did. You just never heard about it. Local corrupt governments did unspeakable things and there was no way to let anyone know about it.
This kind of thing stops when people realize you can't vote and cooperate your way out of evil. Enough victims send their abuser to hell, people will stop abusing.

In my opinion it's much more important than the Presidential Election. What happens in your city, your town, your state, is the most important thing that you can have a voice in. We must make sure we're putting the right person in the position of sheriff and prosecutor, the right people as lawmakers, as WE the people see it. SHOUT THIS OUT FROM YOUR ROOFTOPS!! We have a civil obligation to vote, especially in local elections. If you do nothing else vote in your local elections and research who's actually running for those types of positions. It's literally a matter of our lives and our deaths.
This wasn't just retaliation, this was a conspiracy from the start.
Collusion, provable.🎯
The question now…Is our government actually legitimate, based on enforcing rule of law?
Maybe, if you can afford the years of attorneys fees to fight the corruption.
Conspiracy against personal rights is a corrupt official act that can be prosecuted. This corrupt sheriff and DA must face legal consequences
The DA and Sheriff should be indicted for abuse of office, false arrest, and civil rights violations. The school board members who forced a vote should be investigated.
