Oh S c h n a p p Its J a c k A v e r y same dude same like my mom(lady in the pic) I'm on my trampoline or I'm doing flips on the floor on the yard and my grandma and mom sees me there like everyone look at my baby doing her flips and practicing and I'm just there doing back handsprings back tucks and and stuff I learned as soon as I hit 8 so I knew that for 2 years gonna be 3 in 6 Months

My mom is so afraid of me doing gymnastics like literally if I do a cartwheel she will be like “OMG you are going to hurt yourself this skill is so dangerous!” and she gets even worse when I start doing walkovers or handsprings😂

I only tumble but my mom doesn’t go to my practices and doesn’t really want me to do it. She thinks I’ll get hurt, and I might, but thats what happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Piper Freeman a few weeks ago, I broke my elbow in gymnastics. These are the kinds of sacrifices we have to take to do what we love
My mums a parent that just does not care at all about gymnastics. I just get dropped off at the gym and then she doesn't watch me compete or anything. She says it's just a waste of time and money

That’s exactly like me I’m in blue canaidien level 6 I’m pretty sure and my parents are divorced and they have watched 1 practice I don’t compete because levels are different when competing my parents won’t let me compete because like u said waste of time and money I don’t get it I’m really good but they just don’t care

that's my mom haha. she was a level 9 at UF (University of Florida) and whenever she sees me do something wrong, she has a special talk prepared haha

My mom's the type of parent that pretends they understand what I am talking about when I explain my routines and the requirements and then goes and calls a full "a twisty thing" and she's like "did you get your back somersault over the bar yet?" and I'm like.... "...um that's called a back hip circle, and yes, yes mom I got it when I was like 6".... lol
Ok my mom knows all the rules and stuff and she knows more than my coach 😂😂 she’s always looking up drills and things I can do and things the team can do it’s so weird lol
I'm a homeschooled gymnast, and I will be going to school one a week. but my mom Is an amazing teacher! it's so funny that your mom homeschooled you too. 😊

There is this mom on my optional team and her daughter is a level 7 and she homeschools her daughter and always brings PILES of cookies for the coaches and is super mean to all of the other kids. It is so hard to be around her bc she always only says how bad my skills look and other mean things so that he daughter looks better

I'm in level 5 and I already have my back handspring on the high beam and I'm learning the level 6 stuff , so if I'm good at that I get to skip Level 6 and do level 7

This brought back a memory of when I was dismounting of pbars and I twisted and then I flew into the judges table. I finished and saluted but I was so embarrassed after. Then I started crying. Luckily my dad was there but I was still sad the whole rest of the meet.
My dad thinks I’m like super good and I should go to level 4 but I can’t even do a kip squat on front handspring off vault round-off backhand spring backhand spring

When i was i open gym i did a back handspring to back tuck at then landed badly the coach called my mum to say i should go to hospital but my mum was like she will be fine but the coach was really sure i needed to so when we did i had fractured it in 2 places torn all the ligaments and chipped the bone and this was in the wrist
