yeah you should know that Sehun and Kai are D.O's favorite members. the two of them are always taken care of by D.O.
KAI and Sehun's nature is almost similar, sometimes spoiled and needs attention, sometimes annoying and difficult to manage. but if they like that D.O. would punish them both by not making them food or helping them in other ways.
So D.O. indeed act like brother and parent to Sehun and Kai. Just like Suho, who also plays a role like that.
