He and Harry are HUGE fans of previous generations of artists. They love Eagles, Stevie Nicks, also Shania Twain (not that she's the older generation lol). That's someting that's common for these two. Harry's a fan of Peter Gabriel, Gerry Rafferty, Harry Nielson among tons of others, Niall loves Bruce, mentioned him a lot. He also covered New York State of Mind by Billy Joel and Life in a fast lane by Eagles. These two guys are old souls. This is kinda funny because their debut albums are very different but the way they made them is similar, same with second albums. Two many coincidences imo. It makes me think they have some creative conversations or at least they had. I'm so curious to know what new Niall's album sounds like.
I think Niall did awesome. Niall is an Eagles listener as well. Harry and him like older artists. You’d be surprised what the audience knows because of those two. I’m 54 and most fans are over 20, there’s many older then me especially at H shows. I’ve seen them both live, both great, but there is no experience in my 54 years of concert going that feels like going to a Harry show and I listen to all different genres. The atmosphere in the room is like no other.
I'm so sad seeing it, his tour for the first album was so cool and he never got to tour his second album because of the lockdown. Harry just postponed the tour a few times but he gave those shows last and this year but Niall cancelled it and then I believe it was just a mess with the venue bookings so we're still waiting for Heartbreak weather tour, which will probably be combined with the new stuff. I can't wait!
You guys should react to his cover of with or without you,he sounds amazing….or his unreleased song champagne lovers, it’s one of his best songs in my opinion

It's cool when artist cover songs of other artists that are an influence for them, and Niall does it great specially coming from a place like 1D where they didn't give him the space to show a lot of that and of what he could do vocally. Also is important not to underestimate girl fans, they liking some pop artist doesn't imply they don't know who Bruce Springsteen is, yeah maybe isn't their most played artist, but you can hear them singing along. Lastly there's a full show of Niall that was Livestreamed and this song is there too along with most of his first album and a few covers of 1D that for me are a better version that the og (here the link: ruclips.net/video/ITULS2QLWFs/видео.html )
