Agree, but I also understand OP. To be honest, the moment you're in the clench of a manipulative person, it's really hard to get out of it, especially when it's for years like this. My best example is my toxic family. I suffer from C-PTSD, Anxiety disorder, depression and stress problems too (and I just started it). For years I was under the hands of my grandmother (father's side) and my father's manipulation, I can tell you how hard it is to change the way you feel about specific things and how you handle shit.

Story may be fake idk, but my take on it is this: OP should’ve said something to her bff’s significant other when the cheating was happening, but maybe she felt like it wasn’t her place or truly believed her friend was done or going to change. But for me, idc im telling because I’ve had my share of trifling people that could’ve brought me down with them when the ish hit the fan. Plus im not helping nobody lie at all.
