I’ve already said this in email but I’ll also do so in public: Thank you so much for taking the time to make a video of my game. I’m really happy that you like it.
@@ShelfStories, while we do know the song in Denmark, it's not a Danish song (maybe an Irish or English "Sea Shanty") and I'd use the English lyrics, not a Danish translation, if I were to sing it - but believe me, you don't want me to sing 🤣. The time period of the song is probably within the period the game's lore is about (towards the latter end) and to me it sounds like something that could be played in Denmark at that time, but I'm on really shaky ground here 😃.
@@vast3394 It was the publisher's idea to hire Vincent Dutrait but I was asked about it first and it's my understanding that I could have said "no" - which of course I didn't 🙂
Got lucky once or twice on risk pulls. I’ve played a few more times since this play through and I’m a lot better at it. Good that such a small game rewards mastery.
@@OneStopCoopShop I'm happy to hear that. We put a lot of effort into making it a game where you gradually learn more and more about the possible strategies and we could observe this in our own plays and that of playtesters.

I forgot to ask - how good is the intro music? Close enough?

@mortenmdk “while we do know the song”… considered the limitations of royalty free, I’ll take it!
idk if you chose vincent dutrait, or if it was a publisher choice, but man fantastic choice. i love playing this just for that.

This was a great victory. Several times I thought "yeah it's over now", but you really manipulated the deck masterfully. Beautiful!
