- In a direct follow-up to "Meanwhile in the Attic", this is a fandub of a comic strip called "Meanwhile in the Attic" on DeviantArt, by KellyM-Mortal. The fight in the attic between Constance and Hattie goes on, and is beginning to disturb the other ghosts downstairs… Time for Master Gracey to intervene!
I provided the voices of the Hatbox Ghost and Master Gracey, my sister did that of Constance Hatchaway. The soundtrack is still the ragtime arrangement of Grim Grinning Ghosts by Christ Calabrese dubbed "Hatbox Ghost Theme".
The Haunted Mansion and its characters belong to the Walt Disney Company.

Nice Hatbox voice you have. Imo, I think Hatbox in his corruptible mortal state was named Horatio.

Oh, I'm glad you like it. The name came to me while I was working on a small fan story. At first he was going to be Harold. But Horatio soon came to me and it stuck. The last name I never thought of. You're a genius for thinking that up.
Do link it to me when you finish that story. If I feel it appropriate I might even do a dramatic reading of it on this very channel! …By the way, are you on tumblr? We have a nice HM fan community there.
I'm afraid I'm not on Tumblr but I am on deviantArt where my story is. Horatio's part of a bigger story, at least for the story I have. I'm currently working on a chapter where he makes an appearance. Emily Ravenscroft O'Hara (aka the Bride pre-Black Widow change. Gilbert Montague Gracey (sea captain--eldest child of the Gracey family in my take on it) is her fiancé. I took a page from a story I heard called Nuptial Doom here for her and Gilbert.) has already appeared in the story, as has Madame Leota. It's a KH story so I'm worried that it might not be comprehensive. However, I'm willing to tell you that he appears to my heroine in Lillian Susanne Gracey's (the tightrope walker, middle child of the Gracey Family for my interpretation) stead, requesting help to break a curse on the house. I know, I'll link you to the chapter he's in.
Ah. Quite different from *my* version's biographies… but then again, KH is always somewhat fast-and-loose with the lore, and the HM fandom has countless versions already, so why not?
The guy in the green suit looks a bit like General Hux. I find that cool :p

Well, the person who played Constance in it transitioned, that's what happened to it. Kind of unfortunate, but these things happen, and you can understand how he wasn't happy with keeping a movie's worth of him in an ostentatiously feminine wedding dress around… to say nothing of the deadname in the credits.
The film still exists as an unlisted video, but I didn't want to keep advertising it.
